Just joined so I'm introducing myself.Hiya Ward, Im also new to this site, hope you are finding your way around it okay as it doesn't appear to be the easiest. Anyhow I was reading your post and about the amount of walking you are doing....this is my plan at the moment, I need to lose some weight and tone up, so I need to increase these steps. I walk my two dogs but tbh it does surprise me some days how low my steps can be, probably due to the fact I have a desk job. :-( I don't think I would manage your 7 miles however lolViewDate:
