I am a wife of 44 yrs and a devoted Granny to 2 beautiful grandsons. I still work at the moment as I dont retire for another 18 months.....and counting!!
I have written poetry since I was 7 yrs old, its good for the soul y'know! Hope ypu enjoy my rambing rhymes.... -

Angels Wear White FeathersThats what inspired the poem Kes, we live very near the NMA and saw the memorial some years ago, the poem was written in a flash and the title just as fast... I think someone somewhere was helping.. I sent a copy to the NMA and believe they use it in context of school visits.ViewDate:

My angel who wasn't to beHi Julie, My story also has a happy ending because almost exactly 9 months after our lost angel should have been born we had a beautiful baby grandson who is now 7 yrs old and has been joined by a brother who is now 3. Heartbreak turned to the mist joyous times ♡♡ViewDate:

Council House KidThings did get better for opportunities but I dont know whether it was my school( an all girls school that still had a very 50s outlook that we had to be trained as wives and mothers and not for careers.) We had a Grammar School at the orher side of our school field which is where a lot of the jeers came from.ViewDate:
