Means testing of TV licences to begin: What you need to knowI wouldn't mind so much but BBC Catchup is a joke. half the time you have to wait several minutes before it takes off, then sometimes it is impossible to manipulate. they are very good at giving you what you haven't asked for, and the constant buffering, makes the whole thing not worth trying to watch.
