Retired Chartered Engineer, Commercial pilot, Flying Instructor and examiner. Now part-time golf instructor and coach. Hobbies include target sports, music, literature, photography, walking, and volunteering with a dog rescue organisation. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am married with 5 children (one deceased age 22),6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
I was a Special Constable, served in 4 different forces over a period of 15 years & was awarded the "Long Service and Good Conduct Medal" I also served in the RAF VR(T) for 14 years, 6 of them as flt Lt commanding 2 different squadrons - first 2462 (Oakley) Sqn and following a short break 1985 (Flitwick) Sqn in the Beds & Cambs Wing Air Training Corps.
