Should you be fined for missing a GP appointment?As long as there is some common sense involved and GP can use his discretion to waive it. There are some elderly and vulnerable people who may not be able to remember or make contact themselves and a fine would just add to their problems. But that aside it must go across the board and not exempt those on benefits.ViewDate:

Should out-patients and visitors be charged to park at hospitals?Even staff had to pay where I used to work! Charges, if they have to be made, should be minimal to convert cost of maintaining the parking area and cctv.ViewDate:

Should smoking be brought back into pubs?Absolutely not. At last I can go into a pub and not get sore eyes and smelly clothes. In fact it should also be banned outside too if food is being served. Nothing worse than smelling cigarette smoke whilst eating.ViewDate:
