Should smokers, drinkers, drug users and obese people be charged to see the doctor?Sounds as if you are not in the UK . Despite criticism and underfunding the Health Service here is quite superb and free . Sounds as if you need medical help badly am sure there must be some proviso for people in your circumstances .ViewDate:
