Crafting at homeHi there Just responding to your message albeit 10 months later. Don't often go onto silversurfers site, I obviously need to though. Still doing my cards now and then but usually just for family. Still struggling with ideas though, I must be very boring as I seem to have no imagination.ViewDate:

A final act of kindnessI feel your pain. We lost our beautiful boy Bob back in April two months short of his 12th birthday. He had a growth in his sinus cavity that went through to his brain causing his sight to go and it was only a matter of time before he would start fitting and the prognosis was bad - 6 months at the most even with surgery. Like you we had to make the painful decision to let him go peacefully with hugs, kind words and love from his people. The pain is still raw and we still miss him so much but he lives on in our hearts and memory. If you love your friend the kindest thing you can do is let them go peacefully but it doesn't help with the loss and grief you feel. Rest assured you did do the right thing for your much loved friend and remember the good times. Rest in peace Holly -
