Europe yes or no?Opinion polls have been proved wrong many times and that does not change the mandate given to the Government in the referendum . Those who are going out of their way to prevent this will reap their rewards from the public at the ballot box in due course . The leavers will not forgive a flagrant breach of their trust easily . We are not a country who keeps holding ballots until they come up with a result we all can agree on. We are a democratic country . You are entitled to your views and to express them and I respect it . I don't agree with all the views and policies of any political party . I choose the one who most closely represents me . I accept the decision of any democratic election result . If it does not go my way ,then I abide by election result even if I don't share it .ViewDate:

Europe yes or no?The people voted to leave and that must be respected. It's time the moaners who wanted to stay accepted that and gave the Government a strong hand to negotiate with . All tney are doing is using any tactic in the book as well as new ones to try to overpower the public will . We are a democracy and time the Lords, SNP , and other MPs of all parties stopped behaving like spoilt kids over it and spitting out their dummy . They are just as. Much of a problem as the EU . You don't find them disagreeing over general election results that elected them . However do on Reverendum vore ,how hypocritical can they get .ViewDate:

Would you be prepared to pay more tax to fund the NHS?With all due respect to you and the work you did and past experience, I am basing my comments on figures at most two years old based on what NHS published nationally not on one isolated unit a few years past . I am not talking about European workers using E11 type credentials, I'm taking about other nationalities who are not covered by that . Yes some do benefit our country , especially in NHS roles but they are not the defaulters. We have not only cost of this treatment left unpaid despite promises but addition cost of admin staff trying to recover what they can of it . Yes I agree that problems are multifaceted and this is not major cause but an important one I feel . I do not condone abuse of the system by anyone of any nationality . It applies to all abuse of it . My late wife also worked in the NHS so I am also not ignorant of the problems . There is also so much game play for political gain by the Labour Party and unions going on . It should stop and a non - political solution be sought by all .ViewDate:

Our own people have not this preferential treatment overseas in so many countries. There is no reason why they should have it here at our expense when rest of our people suffer because of it . We and our parents paid from wages all our lives to give us and our children a good service . Not a poor service because funds have been used for those who have not contributed or never will . As I said there could be an health charge made on visitors here to cover all costs . That is fair . I can appreciate your humanitarian views but not at the cost of our own people having to wait for hours in A&E , cancelled operations and long waits for treatments amd appointments . Charity begins at home. I think Jean we must agree to differ on this one .ViewDate:

Our country is not a charity for all other nations and we that is what is helping cause part of the problems we now face . Bills they promise to meet and fail to do . Charity begins at home ..
