thecrafter's bio
Hi, I'm a mum of three children two boys and a girl but all grown up now but they're still my babies, I've been married to Jeff for 43 years. I Love all kinds of animals especially dogs, cats, and wild birds but we've no pets right now as our beautiful dog passed away and not ready to replace her yet.
Until recently I loved all kinds of craft from making dolls houses from scratch to knitting, unfortunately I have a trapped nerve and get cramp in my left hand if I try and do any craft work which is a shame as I loved to give my makes to charity. -

Should cannabis be legalised for recreational use?Oh, my goodness I feel terrible giving out such good news about my CBD oil and helping my pain just after the 5th day. One week in and I'm in a terrible state today as usual, with foot, ankle, knuckle pain, all very swollen and worse than ever? feeling like I've had someone come in during the night and taken a hammer to my joints, maybe it was just a placebo effect I really don't know, but I was so hoping this would give some pain relief. Took the Nurofen today? so back to square one. Any improvement over time I'll let you know as I will continue to keep up the CBD.ViewDate:

Is it cruel to dress up dogs for Halloween? With winter approaching and thinking ahead to the snow, I was shocked to read the following. Hundreds of pets are becoming seriously ill and in some cases dying because of the rock salt and antifreeze being used during the cold snap. Dogs and cats are walking through the substances left by gritters trying to clear roads and car drivers defrosting their windscreens and then licking them off their paws. Consuming rock salt can cause dehydration, liver failure and pancreatitis, while antifreeze contains the chemical ethylene glycol, which can be lethal when ingested. So after walkies or the cat comes in make sure their paws are washed.ViewDate:

Should cannabis be legalised for recreational use?I suffer daily with arthritis pain in my joints and hate taking over the counter medication such as Nurofen as they normally upset my tummy. I'm now on my 5th day of taking Dutch CBD oil 300mg you can get stronger 500mg around £28.00. but I went for the 300mg It's expensive at £18.99 for 20ml but you only put a tiny drip on your tongue. They say 1 spray? (it's more of a drip) for the first three days. Then build up slowly to a maximum of 3 sprays per day. On my 5th day I'm taking 2 sprays/drips a day I can now make a fist which was painful to do before and my knee pain is almost gone and I can walk upstairs without crawling.ViewDate:

Toys of the 50s and 60sI had a Tippy Tumbles doll and a Tiny Tears, but my absolute favorite toy was a large brown monkey with human like hands and feet, I think his hands were made in such away you could hang him up or place things in his hands. We had to move house when I was six years old because our road of old council houses were being knocked down to build new modern properties. when we got to our new house the first thing I looked for was "monkey" and I couldn't find him anywhere I asked Mum where he was and she said "your to old for toys now" she'd left him in our old house. I was heart broken.ViewDate:
