I live in a two Bedroom Apartment in the lovely city of Southampton with my dear wife and carer.
The train station is a 10 minute walk, and buses are available in the city centre that take you to all city areas.
The parks are glorious with all the plants and trees in full bloom and you can use them to walk to different areas.
West Quay shopping centre is the place to visit for your shopping as there are loads of shops to visit, and there is a food court on the top floor that caters for your hungry tummy!
There is West Quay South that has even more well known restaurants, there is a ten pin Bowling Alley, and most important of all is the Showcase Cinema.
This has comfortable seating and food facilities in the foyer before you go into the Screen of your choice.
The seating is in individual comfortable black armchair like seats that are electrically operated to recline, and bring up a footrest.
The sound is Dolby Atmos which is a tad loud, but you soon do not notice it, there is seating,and spaces on the lowest level for people in Wheelchairs or who have walkers.
There are plenty of Hotels for you to stay, and Taxis are widely available including ones that take Wheelchairs(need to be specially booked)
So come and visit our Beautiful City!

Do you buy supermarket own-label brand or Heinz baked beans?I am now 73, and have been eating Heinz Baked Beans all my life since I can remember, there is no better, for taste, and quality. I must admit that I have not tried Supermarkets own Brands, so next time I am in Asda, I will put one tin of their own brand in my trolley and give them a try. Speakers Corner CommentsIf you are feeling sad and blue during this Covid situation then you must relax in your favourite chair and tune into YouTube on your TV and select a wealth of all kinds of Music from Classical to Rock Groups in fact any thing you fancy My Favourite is Classical especially the Tchaikovsky Symphonies number Five in my opinion being the best You must relax and let the music wash over you in some parts you can really feel the Angst and Pathos in the composer and some parts are so emotional it brings tears to the eyes If you like me are a real Pink Floyd fan then you must in the index key in Britflloyd they are sensational when I accidently first heard them I thought it was the real group Good Luck to you all and keep smilingViewDate:

Are you a big tea drinker?I love drinking Tea during the day the secret of a good cuppa is to wait for three or four minutes after the kettle has boiled to pour the water slowly on to the teabag and then wait another three or four minutes for it to infuse then add a splash of milk and enjoy!ViewDate:

Which side of the bed do you sleep on?I have to sleep on the left hand side as when i first go to bed if i try and sleep on the right hand side i get awful neck pains and my right arm really hurts But in the last few hours before waking I can turn over and the pains seem to disappear don't know why this happens Perhaps some readers may have the answerViewDate:
