Should people have their passports removed for using drugs? For using? No. I think the people who use hard drugs are some of the most vulnerable in our society, and need rehabilitative help - not punitive measures. Now, if we're talking drug smugglers... then yes, it makes a lot of sense to ground them!ViewDate:

Should all Christmas parties be off this year?Your choice to drink or do sports is not going to wipe out any of my vulnerable relatives. I don't think anti-vaxxers should have to pay for their care (NHS should be free to all), but I do think they should take lesser priority in triage than those who have done everything they can to protect themselves and everyone else in our society. Drinking heavily is self destructive, anti-vaxxing is downright sociopathic. These things are not comparable. They are not just taking a risk for themselves, they are risking us all.ViewDate:

Should all Christmas parties be off this year?I'm not sure they've had any credibility for at least a decade, Wilf. What is becoming more evident, though, is the level of disdain they have for us commoners. They don't even try to mask it anymore. Just laugh at us.ViewDate:

Have you had to sell a family home to fund a loved one's social care?So is this 10 billion raised though increased NI on top of the 18-odd-billion that Boris is funneling into the NHS as per his Brexit bus promises? The NHS should be more than replete with cash with all that money. It's not as though he has lied to us all, is it? I mean, Boris "sacked from the times for lying so egregiously" Johnson wouldn't just lie to us all like that, would he? Anyway, he's doing a cracking job. I say tax the peasants more - just don't touch that corporation tax, or anything crazy like that. It still bogles my brain that this man is "running" the country.ViewDate:

Should NHS nurses get more than a 1% pay rise?Boris really does not care about anyone but himself. He constantly exhibits very clear narcissistic traits. He'll do (or at least say) what he believes is needed to keep his bum in his seat, his cronies flush with cash, and that is all. He is completely lacking in morals. He's a shyster, but people have this vision that he's just some harmless clown. So he probably doesn't remember, because he only thinks about himself. All he probably remembers of that incident was how it boosted his polling for being some kind of front line hero, when in fact it was pure negligence that got him in to that situation.ViewDate:

Password on HotmailHi redskins... Usually you have to set a recovery email address (or more recently, a phone number) for the email client to send you a password reset link to. Do you have another email account that you might have used this for? If so, you should be fine to reset the password. Try this: https://account.live.com/pw (microsoft have a resource here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/outlook/forgotten-password) If you have ever logged in using chrome (googles browser - which is excellent, by the way) you can see all passwords you may have saved at some point by clicking the little menu icon in the top right (looks like 3 hotdogs), then settings, the show advanced settings (bottom of the page), then under the heading "Passwords and forms" click the link that says "manage passwords". Hopefully you'll find it saved in there. I'm sure the other browsers will let you see saved passwords too, but couldn't tell you off the top of my head! Just google "show saved passwords in [NAME OF YOUR BROWSER]"... Hope that helps! Recovering your password has to be 100 times better than starting again from scratch and re-syndicating your email address! Good luck, and let us know how you get on incase any others have this problem in the future!ViewDate:

Should Jeremy Clarkson be sacked or reinstated?Tough one. The man is clearly a diva - he believes himself untouchable. I disagree with others that this is a question of pushing political correctness, though. He's dodged all of those bullets, but now he has physically assaulted someone over not getting his dinner, which is pretty unacceptable, in my opinion. However, he's got this god complex because he is massively successful at what he does - and I think the show would greatly suffer without the dynamic of all three presenters. I'd certainly be sad to see Top Gear go down the pan.ViewDate:

Should households pay a universal flat-rate fee regardless of whether they own a TV?I totally agree. The BBC produce the best documentaries, and news broadcasting in the world and is a service that makes me proud to be British. There's not many sectors that Britain lead, anymore. I don't want this destroyed by privatisation and the politics and commercial propoganda that comes with that.ViewDate:

Are there too many medicines and not enough health?Life expectancy goes up every decade and a larger proportion of our society is elderly. I am lucky enough to not be on any prescriptions but have a lot of friends of similar age who are. It is only assumption but I'd expect a correlation in the percentage of the populus dependant on medication and the two aforementioned factors. You hear horror stories about some drugs but I know people, who are anything but loafers, who's quality of life have been greatly improved by medication. Regarding the huge numbers of poor people who suffer from depression and related conditions - I certainly do think we need to focus on what the root causes are. This is an area where I think research into the effects of lifestyle and socioeconomics could be more rewarding in the fight against these debilitating conditions than research into new antidepressant medication.ViewDate:

Is it time to make drink driving zero tolerance?Good point, Archibald. You'd only need one sober person in the car to breath into the tube if it was used to engage the engine - they wouldn't necessarily need to drive it! :D I wonder if they could accurately detect alcohol in the sweat on your hands - thus being able to detect through the hands on the steering wheel... Filing my patent, now! ;)ViewDate:

Is it time to make drink driving zero tolerance?Saying this, don't the French have to carry two self breathalisers in their cars by law? I think this is a great idea, if they are stopped and claim they were in any doubt over whether they were above the limit, questions can be asked as to why they didn't use their own breathaliser before taking other citizens lives into their hands.ViewDate:

Should traditional nativity plays include pop songs and aliens?I find this really sad. I hope you didn't let any of the young actors know how dreadful you found the play they put on for you. If a Christian has any conviction in their faith why should a group of young actors adapting one of their stories offend them. It shouldn't bother them what others think, only what they believe - surely that's faith?! If religions don't, or are unwilling to, appeal (through adaptation) to the Zeitgeist, they will be forgotten all together by future generations.ViewDate:

Will you be sending Christmas cards this year?My wife always makes cards for close family and friends. Its always nice to receive a card. I can't remember the last time I sent a letter though - email is so much quicker, efficient, and cheaper! Doesn't have the same feeling behind it for birthdays and Christmas, though! Regarding charities, they'd be wise to move with the times or they will lose revenue!ViewDate:

What are your views on hospital car park charging?I thought I made my stance clear in the comment you are replying to, Archibald. Maybe so the NHS can spend their tight funding on making you fit and well as apposed to making sure your car has a well attended pot hole free piece of tarmac to park on. The NHS has to carefully manage a budget and spending it on free car parking is plain wrong, especially when certain treatments are unavailable due to lack of funding. Try to be pragmatic. The sense of entitlement this nation seems to have for free parking truly shocks me.ViewDate:

Should traditional nativity plays include pop songs and aliens?Very wise words, Robbinn. Schools should promote inclusion. As long as they are performing a play with a positive message, and having fun with there creativity, they're doing good in my book.ViewDate:

How can we improve the health of the nation?I agree with you, Archiebald, that it should be tackled through education. I don't agree that people can't afford to eat healthily, I think it's more a lack of education on how to make fresh produce taste good to young children and how to prepare tasty and nutritious meals quickly and with minimum fuss. Junk food keeps kids happy and makes feeding them quick and easy when you get in from work - but with the right know how, fresh produce can be quick to prepare and enticing to children.ViewDate:
