April is Stress Awareness Month, an initiative that aims to raise awareness about both the causes and cures of stress.
In recent years, mental health campaigners have made huge strides in helping people understand the importance of mental wellbeing. But even so, 74% of UK adults have said they felt so stressed that they were unable to cope.
Stress presents a great public health challenge and has been linked to everything from insomnia to problems with our immune system and digestion. Finding a way to cope with stress and relieve stress from your daily life can have a huge positive impact.
