Nothing takes us back to childhood than remembering our favourite childhood toys.

Even today with the availability of sophisticated technology and expensive toys, many children still love playing with items passed down to them from their parents and grandparents.

Sometimes it’s the simplest toys that help spark creativity, imagination and exciting play.

What was your favourite childhood toy? Perhaps you played with a Sindy or Tiny Tears doll, or loved to build things with Meccano or Scalextric?
