Cake Decorating is a useful skill to aquire as there are always occasions when it can be used throughout the year from birthdays to Chrsitmas and Easter to when some special friends are coming round.

She has written books for Marks and Spencer and her website is fully up to date with YouTube videos giving expert advice on all aspects of cake decorating.
