The Body Coach inspires seniors to get motivated
Joe Wicks, the famously curly-haired personal trainer, is best known as ‘The Body Coach’ to his fitness disciples.
Joe Wicks’ attempt to keep the nation’s children fit during the coronavirus crisis got off to flying start on Monday morning with his first workout racking up hundreds of thousands of hits on YouTube. The class is a live-streamed online PE session for children not able to go to school.
The good news is that he has also designed a specific set of videos for seniors. These short 10 minute home workouts are designed for seniors or for anyone looking for something a bit lighter. Take care when exercising and if you don’t already exercise regularly take it slowly at first.
