General Terms and Conditions for Prize Draws

1. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Silversurfers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails, they may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
2. The Organiser. The Organiser of this Prize Draw is Panorama Travel Solutions Ltd with its registered office at Kettering Parkway, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 6EY.
3. The Promoter. The Promoter of this Prize Draw is Silversurfers Limited with its registered office at 10 Queen Street Place, London, EC4R 1AG. 
4. Entry. The Prize Draw is free to enter. Entry into the Prize Draw confirms that Participant has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
5. Eligible Participants. The Prize Draw is open to UK users of the Promoter’s digital platform known as “Silversurfers” that sign up to Silversurfers Travel Club at www.silversurfers.com (each, a “Participant” or “Entrant”)
6. Maximum Number of Entries per Participant. Each Participant is entitled to submit a maximum of one entry each.
7. The Prizes.
8. How to Enter. Each Entrant must visit the website www.silversurfers.com and sign-up to the Silversurfers Travel Club with code SS12WIN.
9. Prize Draw Period. The Prize Draw is open for entries from 1 July 2023 at 00:01 GMT and ends on 31 July 2023 at 11:59 PM BST. Any entries received outside this time and date will not be accepted.
10. Winner Selection and Notification. The winners of the Prizes will be randomly selected by the Organiser. The winners will be notified by the Organiser by email within 7 working days from the expiry of the Prize Draw Period. The Organiser will issue to the winners the Prizes within 14 working days of notification provided that in the case of the 1st Prize, the winner informs the Organiser of his/her full name and any accompanying guests (maximum 3) at the time of booking. The 1st Prize is valid only during the fixed check-in and check-out dates set forth in clause 7 above and the 2nd Prize is valid 12 months from the date of issue. The Prizes shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions for each Prize, including but not limited to those mentioned in clause 7 above. The winner selection by the Organiser is final
11. Rules on Prize Draw Entries
    • Invalid Entries. In the event that the Organiser, in its sole discretion, deems any Prize Draw entry to be invalid, the Organiser may select a new winner in the same manner set out in clause 9 of these Terms. The Organiser’s decision is final.
    • No Amendment of Prize Draw Entry. There shall be no amendment or variation of any Prize Draw entry by Participant once such entry is submitted to the Organiser.
12. Tax. The winners shall be solely responsible for any tax implications in connection with the Prizes
13. Liability

• • No Liability for Entry Errors. The Organiser shall have no liability to any person in connection with any lost, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or unreceived entries for whatever reason, including for any technical reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Organiser.
  • No Liability for Prize. To the maximum extent permitted, the Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, undelivered, misdirected, or unreceived Prize. The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain any undelivered or returned Prize.
  • No Liability for Prize Draw. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser excludes all liability in respect of any loss, expense, or damage, suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw, including submitting an entry or using any Prize.
  • No Liability of the Promoter. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall have no liability in connection with the Prize Draw or any matter that arises out of, or in connection with these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter shall only act to promote and allow Entrant’s to enter the Prize Draw on the Promoter’s website as set out in clause 7, above.

14. General 

• • Change in Terms. The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, amend, modify, or supplement these Terms, and such amendment, modification or supplementation shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Organiser’s website.
  • Organiser’s Decision: The Organiser’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Right to Cancel, Suspend or Postpone. In the event that this Prize Draw is cancelled, suspended or postponed for any reason whatsoever, the Organiser shall have no further obligation to the Participant.
  • Privacy Notice. By entering into the Prize Draw, Entrant confirms they have read and understood the Organiser’s Privacy Notice.
  • Breach of the Terms. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Participant has breached these Terms.
  • Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
