Festive Grazing Platter Wreath
Grazing plates or boards have become very popular over the last couple of years, and this inspired recipe idea by Dairy Diary is an example of what you could rustle up with minimal effort.
Enjoy a delicious mix of cured meats, cheeses, and fresh seasonal fruits and crudites. This festive platter not only tastes great but also looks amazing, shaped like a wreath. Perfect for sharing and celebrating over the festive season with friends.

Ingredients
Fresh herb sprigs such as rosemary and bay
Sliced continental meats a selection
Soft and hard cheeses a selection
Salad vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, mini cucumbers, celery
Mini breadsticks and savoury crackers
Fresh fruit such as figs, blueberries, grapes, clementines, pomegranate seeds
Dried fruit such as dried apricots, dates
Mixed nuts
Olives
Dips, chutneys and pickles
What to do
- Take a large, round flat platter or chopping board. Snip sprigs of rosemary and bay and arrange around the edge of the platter.
- If using dips, chutneys, pickles, olives or nuts, place into small, shallow bowls and place evenly around.
- Arrange piles of other ingredients between the bowls, leaving a gap in the centre to resemble a wreath. Scatter with pomegranate seeds for a finishing touch.
TIP Try a sweet version using fresh fruits, chocolate tiffin, mini biscuits, pink finger wafers, marshmallows, nuts, chocolate buttons and popcorn, with hot chocolate and fruit coulis dips.
