Mini milks – grown up style
Ever fancied a grown-up version of a Mini Milk? Well, here’s your chance! Latte milk pops are quick and simple to make and laced with rum or Cointreau are a real adult treat.
Preparation time: 7-8 hours (includes freezing time)
What You Need
Arctic Iced Coffee Café Latte
Lolly moulds (we used 60ml moulds)
10ml (2tsp) rum or Cointreau (optional)
White chocolate (optional)
Serves:
1 carton of Arctic Iced Coffee will make 5, 60ml milk pops.
What You Do
Simply pour the Arctic Iced Coffee directly into the lolly moulds remembering to add the rum or Cointreau if desired.
Place in the freezer until frozen
Release from the moulds and enjoy.
And if you have a sweet tooth then try drizzling some melted white chocolate over the milk pops once released from the moulds for some added sweetness.
