Arthr is a new social venture which makes brilliant products for better living with arthritis. Powered by the charity Versus Arthritis, it has a mission to design, develop and champion brilliant, well-designed products and innovations to help people with arthritis live life to the full. These standout designs are created by Arthr’s team of talented designers in collaboration with users, and rigorously tested by experts for safety, durability and robustness.
Arthr was founded after identifying a need among people with arthritis. Workshops and in-depth research with medical professionals, experts and people with the condition established that few existing products are both functional and elegant enough to belong in users’ homes. People with arthritis deserve the same quality of craft and design that goes into more widely available homeware products, and these are the reasons why Arthr was founded.
Arthr is bringing a whole new range of beautiful products to where they’re needed most: peoples homes.

But Arthr is more than products alone. People are at the heart of everything the venture does, and those with arthritis are involved every step of way, from concept development to testing prototypes and more.
We know that with the right treatment and assistance everyday tasks with arthritis can be made easier, and that’s why Arthr is also a hub for the most helpful and up-to-date advice, information and lifestyle tips and on better living with arthritis.
Meanwhile all of Arthr’s profits are reinvested back into care, support, research, and developing better products for people with arthritis.
