Pasta and Noodles
I used a sentence generator and came up with this…
Pasta and Noodles
My Uncle John is odd you know, as he makes strange things for fun,
he likes to build pasta cars; he’s now made ninety-one.
The supermarkets rub their hands when they see our Uncle John,
as he buys up all their pasta and it’s every single one.
Often including rice and noodles.
He makes Aston Martins from penne, using fettuccini for the wheels,
macaroni is his favourite choice for accessories and the seals.
My Uncle John built Tower Bridge from spaghetti and eggshells,
he also has the perfect knack in building grand hotels.
Out of pasta!
My poor aunt looks skyward when he visits the pasta aisle,
as he loads up all the pasta, she just gives a stoic smile.
Other shoppers look bewildered, they think it’s a dietary trend,
but Auntie Sue knows what’s to come, it drives her round the bend.
Another hobby?
Sue offered new suggestions for a hobby or distraction,
but it seemed to fall on deafened ears, no sign of a reaction.
She even tried to temp him with bowling on the green,
John looked her in disbelief as if it were obscene.
Carry on regardless?
Now they have a summer house where John constructs and builds,
he’s now building Lindisfarne and all the surrounding fields.
The papers have now been in touch and John’s been on the news,
Sue just smiled and quietly says, ‘she’d preferred to keep her views’.
Sensible!
