In unassuming majesty, your service we proclaim,
In thanks to you, and what you do, to glorify our name,
As in your quiet and humble way you reign throughout our land,
And a world looks on in envy – at a wave from your small hand!

We celebrate your service with hearts that swell with pride,
You are our staff of strong support that cannot be denied,
All England’s fine traditions, unfold at your command.

Unbroken service, done with pride, by England’s ‘number one’,
All ‘pomp’, obeyed, your part, ‘well played’, we hope you carry on,
You represent all that we love, and all we understand.
AND A WORLD – LOOKS ON IN ENVY – AT A WAVE FROM YOUR SMALL HAND!
