Uploading photo problems

Does anyone know why I can't put a new pic on my profile, I was last on her a couple of years ago and want to update it but it won't let me..

Hi Tina

I did reply to you via email on 2nd August, so perhaps you didn't receive it -

Because you registered using the Facebook option, the photo is automatically pulled in from your Facebook profile.

You should be able to upload an alternative photo, but if you are still having difficulty just send it to me and I can change it from my end for you. [email protected]

Hi, I did find it in junk mail which is why I didn't see it.... I want to be able to log in without using facebook but I have tried a few times to get an email to allow me to set a password but nothing comes through..... would you be able to send me the link please...

You first have to log in using your original sign-up method which was Facebook, and then when you are in your account, you are able to set yourself a password that will link to your Username TinaS4 and your email address as well.

That is what I have tried but I'm not receiving an email when I request it to make a password, When I try again there is no option there.

Hello Tina - Not sure if you are still having difficulty uploading your profile photo - there was a glitch that has now been fixed, so try again. If you are still having trouble but send it to me and I can upload it for you from my end - [email protected] 🙂

Yes, it's working now, I have updated my photo, must have been a glitch, I still don't receive most emails though, not even in spam so no idea why that happens....I've only received one so far... But that's not so much of an issue.
