Depression
Depression makes it so hard to have the confidence or even find the words to seek help. You feel so alone. Take courage in both hands, there is little left to lose and everything to gain.
Depression
No moon, no stars, no breeze
No flowers, no birds, no trees
No sun, no clouds, no rain
No light, all dark, just pain
Despair can be so bleak
Help isn’t what you seek
But please extend a hand
Very hard, but understand
Life need not be just fear
Maybe a listening ear
Will help to pull you through
There are people here for you
