Hello!
I can’t believe that I’m the only one here. I can’t remember being the first anywhere!

Back in the 1970s I worked in Rotherham and sometimes went to a nightclub called the Oasis (I think).
Can’t recall much more.

Not sure if you saw this, I think I sent it to myself!

Can’t remember ever using the bowling alley, probably for the same reason.
The Windmill Club at Millmoor I did go to.
They had some good ‘turns’ on and wasn’t too far from the bus station.
Some of the more central pubs were good for entertainment as well.
Happy days.

Having lived in Rotherham for nearly all of my life think I know it quite well - but Kimberworth in the 1900 is certainly before my time. I am retired but not quite ancient. (Yorkshire sense of humour)
I also worked in Sheffield so did know that quite well as most of my work colleagues lived and socialised in Sheffield City Centre consequently I joined them.
May be a few more will join in
I spent my teenage years there.
I have a sister who lives in Swinton..
Not been back for ages.

I’ve just joined and live in Sheffield.
Retired lady. So far, I’ve enjoyed playing Mahong on this site.
