Tea and Talk
Communities and businesses all over the country have been coming together to do their bit in the fight against Coronavirus.
Like a lot of businesses, large and small, Hidden Hearing has had to close its clinics under the recent Government guidelines and with additional time and resource, wanted to do something to help others in these difficult times.
Being in the hearing and healthcare industry, we understand how important it is to stay connected with others. Our Audiologists explain the importance of being able to keep up with conversations and stay connected to others every day. Not only is it good for our health, but it is so important for our wellbeing.
Times like these are difficult for everyone. We’ve all experienced good days and bad days, feelings of anxiety and apprehension of what is to come. We have all had to adjust in some way or another, so to help those who are feeling a little low, or struggling to adjust with a new pace of life we have set up a free telephone line, to simply talk. Whilst people are hunkering down in their homes in isolation, we invite you to pick up the phone and give us a call. We want to help people if they are feeling isolated, lonely, or just want to hear a different voice. The phone line is open to anyone who wants a chat, you do not need to be a customer of ours, and we are happy to talk about most things.
All our call handlers are regular Hidden Hearing employees, from across the business. They are not call centre staff. They just want to do their bit to help others and have volunteered to give up their time, taking calls and supporting those who need it.
We have a team of Hidden Hearing employees waiting for your call Monday – Friday from 3pm – 5pm. Our phone line is free from UK landlines and mobiles
