Gods Plan# Covid 19

I wonder if God had a plan.
to force us, with his mighty hand.
Sending us all to our rooms
Because we can’t obey the rules.
have we all destroyed our planet,
By our greed and selfish manner,
Seeking things that just don’t matter.

Is this a lesson to be learned,
to care more for our precious world,
Have we forgot life’s simple pleasures,
forgot to show respect, and help each other.
Is this  Gods plan for global filtering,
To mend our ways, and change our thinking.

Do we need our fancy cars,
Holidays to far off lands,
Do we need large sums of money,
it will never buy us loving.

Do our kids miss vital nurturing,
Because Mum and Dad are both out working.
those takeaways, that get delivered,
Because we got too lazy to make our dinners.
Are we talking, without giving,
will we ever be forgiven?

Has God called us all to court,
Judge and Jury for us all.
Now he has slammed down his hammer,
What then will his verdict be.
Guilty all: if not in one way, then another.
Sentence: must take more care of our planet.
