On this day of Valentine,
although it may be hard
Don’t be disappointed
if you get no flowers or card
Although roses and chocolates
to some means such a lot
Take a moment to appreciate,
just what you have got
After they are gone,
when death has paid a call
It’s far too late to realise,
love is the greatest gift of all
