Ye olde Love Declaration
This is an attempt to write in the style of the time of Shakespeare. The odd bawdy phrase or two trying to express a mans love for a woman he has seen pass by, but he yearns for more of her attention. His lust drives his emotions also.
Hope it is enjoyed for what it is.
Ye olde Love Declaration
O maiden fair, my heart flutters as you saunter by,
Your very image creates a keen girth within my loin,
That fully strives to entertain and pleasure yon maiden
Why doth she display such beauty that pleases mine eye,
She well displays these virtues with a charm quite unique,
So abundant such in my mind is your manor I quiver thus,
I feel so charmed by your stature and your maiden manner
That I wishes to cry aloud in gusto at this joyous urge,
What manly charm must I wisely chose to employ,
To have you hover moments and well consider
Should we, might we, dare we embrace and touch lips,
O maiden shall I forever dream of thy virtues,
But never sample such joys at your gentle touch,
The softness of your lips, the firmness of your bust
Pressed close to my body that trembles at our encounter,
These dreams wash through my mind and please me thus.
I implore thee, take a wander down yonder country lane,
Determine then to lay upon fresh hay stacked aloft toward the sky
Come conspire with me, meet thus and dally a while
The hay shall afford a nest to cradle our bodies warm
Then you may at last gasp a sigh, then whimper soft
As I nestle deep and keen within your parted thighs
For soon I must march far thence to fight battles
Verily I say sweet maiden to save thee from thine foe.
Fear not sweet one for though I depart the morrow
Barron James doth have archers and lancers all mounted
Hosts of surfs with sturdy forks and long staves aready
I shalt dream of thee and of the moments enfolded in your arms
These thoughts and sweet memories will spur me on to victory
God willing, I’ll return and once more hold you close and warm
For every moment thence on, and what times granted to we
I’ll hold you close, love you well, and sire sons abundant.
Thence hence forth pray grace me with you loving attentions
There in we will sore the heights of our closeness well shared
When at last we take our oaths to acclaim our love for all to see
I’ll endeavour to keep you safe and warm whilst we prosper much
Alas as, time drifts on, nay hasten by and we grow old and frail
Then God willing our sons will strive to tend about our biddings
And then perchance we have precious time to hold each close again
As we lay in a gracious way to thence bid our last loving fair wells.
