The girl next door

The girl next door

I’ve fallen in love with a girl next door
Big brown eyes and legs to die four
Manicured nails, shiny black hair
The way she sits, her gentle stare.

I think her family know about me
I have to be careful because you see
I’ve only known her a short time
I love her, and she wants to be mine.

Telling her folks she’s moving out
Will cause upset, there’s no doubt
But a girls gotta do what girls must do
I know it’s right and she does to.

We walk the lane, happy, together
I feel her touch, light as a feather
Decision made we love each other
We just need to tell her mother.

Tinky, my pet name for her
Changed my life beyond compare
Finding love I’ve never known before
With my beautiful girl next door

I like the way she makes me feel
Biscuits that she tries to steal
Rolling around on the ground
Confession time, she is my hound.

Tinkerbell I dedicate this to you
Looking after me like you do
Your beautiful eyes, understanding ways
Have given me these happy days.

Thank you TINKS.

I am originally from Liverpool. Married to Philip. Although we had 4 kids I never suffered with empty nest syndrome. Love to travel. In 2012 we established a charity in order to give children from poor families in Africa the chance to gain an education. Lived in Egypt for 5 years,it's a very challenging country to live in, I particularly found it difficult to live in a male dominated culture, being a Tauren I have very strong opinions especially about women's rights and the way they are treated in third world countries.
