Springtime
Springtime
If your waiting for the springtime
In the morning when you wake
The snowdrops flock together
With stems that have grown flakes.
The crocus well they’re not quite sure
Exactly what to do
The tulips say get on with it
We’re going to follow you.
The daffodils well they’re always there
They always stand so proud
A garden which has none of these
Is like a match, without a crowd.
