Cheese and Onion Bake

By remember Jan 10, 2016
  • Mix together Extra Mature Grated Cheese with diced boiled potato and onion.
  • Roll out ready made puff pastry
  • Spoon a little of the mixture in a mound.
  • Fold a strip of the pastry over your little cheese and potato mound pushing tightly the edges.
  • Brush with milk, and bake until Golden Brown.
  • Make some and freeze some.
  • Adjust the amounts to suit your requirements.
