I Love Autumn

I  Love Autumn

Golden Brown looks like a rug,
Crunching leaves fall like a golden hug,
Autumn is here, it creeps up fast,
The colours are amazing, helps me relax.

It’s the sign Summer had closed its season,
This time now brings Gun powder and treason!
It’s a picture post card posted from the heart,
Announcing this year very soon will depart,

With it come chills and frost like a sprinkle,
The trees undress, sounds of leaves falling like a tinkle.
I love this season it makes me complete,
Feels so peaceful, all warm and neat.

Farewell to the Spring and Summer departed,
Look at the colours, I feel so lighthearted.
Birds fly south to warmer lands,
They fly those journeys amazing to understand,

I love you Autumn, you only gives smiles,
Red,Yellow, Orange and brown, beautiful golden miles.
