Quick Banoffee Pie

This is another one of my very easy recipes … If you want to make it even easier and less sweet you can use a ready made sweet pastry case instead of the biscuit base.

Enough for about 8 people.

INGREDIENTS:

You will also need…

23cm loose-bottomed tart tin if you are using the biscuit base.

METHOD:
Tip the biscuit crumbs into a bowl. Add the butter and mix in. Spoon the crumbs into the tin. Press into the base and up the sides of the tin. Chill for 10 minutes.
Spread the caramel over the base with a spoon or spatula.
Slice the bananas and scatter over the top.
Add the Camp Coffee to the whipped cream to taste.  Spoon the cream over the bananas and finish with grated chocolate. Chill until ready to serve.
Take it out of the loose bottom tin and put it on a serving plate and indulge!!!
