Do you think charities are too aggressive when it comes to raising money?
Four of Britain’s best-known charities are facing serious allegations of pursuing vulnerable people to raise funds, according to the BBC and Daily Mail.
The NSPCC, British Red Cross, Oxfam and Macmillan Cancer Support are accused of calling people registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), which bars unsolicited sales calls. All of these charities are taking the allegations seriously and are investigating them further.
