How do the biggest car brands compare?
Many of the world’s leading car manufacturers have been criticised by motorists who find their cars uncomfortable, particularly when it comes to seats.
Volkswagen, Nissan, Toyota and Hyundai models were named as having some of the most uncomfortable cars. The most comfortable seats were found in Lexus models, Volvo, Jeep and the MG3 Mk1. The survey was carried out by the magazine Drivers Power and 61,000 motorists took part in the research. The motorists were also asked to rate the cars on factors including technology, ease of driving, and reliability. The leading car was the Lexus IS Mk3 with a rating of 93% followed by the Skoda Yeti MK1 and the Hyundai i10 Mk2.
