Inghams Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully

1. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Silversurfers and Inghams. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails, they may unsubscribe from the newsletter/mailing at any time.
3. Silversurfers do not sell or share your data with any other company, however we will pass your details on to our service providers and agents.
4. The closing date is 5pm on Friday, 31^st October 2014 (UK time).
5. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
6. The prize is for one of holiday for 2 people for 7 nights’ Half Board to the Hotel Jelovica in Lake Bled, Slovenia.
7. The guests are in a classic twin/double room (subject to availability) for 2 people. Half board consists of the following: Breakfast and evening meal for duration of holiday.
8. Prize includes return flights and transfers to the Hotel Jelovica. Departures are from a choice of UK airports (subject to availability).
9. UK transfers are the responsibility of the prize winner.
10. Any additional beverages, food & other personal expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner and must be paid for by the prize winner.
11. All members of the winning party must take their outward and inward journeys together.
12. All members must have valid passports, visas, holiday insurance that covers the activities and where necessary, vaccinations and inoculations. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The trip includes airport taxes.
13. Travel must be taken for Hotel Jelovica on any date between 9^th May 2015 and 12^th September 2015, subject to availability.
14. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of the UK to enter this competition.
15. The prize draw is not open to employees associated with Silversurfers, and their Associated companies or their families.
16. This prize is non-transferrable and must be taken by the registered prize winner.
17. There are no cash alternatives or alternative prizes available.
18. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be formally notified (by email) within 7 days of the closing date.
19. The main winner of the prize must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize.
20. If the prize is not claimed within 21 days of the prize winner being notified it will be redrawn and awarded to the new winner.
21. Silversurfers decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Prize winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity via social media.
23. Entries must not contain anything which is calculated to bring the Promoter, the Prize Partner or associated companies into disrepute or that in any way violates applicable laws and regulations or social network standards.
24. Use of false name or addresses, for example, a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
25. Entrants may only enter this competition once
26. These rules are governed by English law.

28. The prize provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this competition should causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw.
